If your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition (Damaged), we offer a convenient Photo Return option that speeds replacement. Simply take one digital photo of the item's damage and one of the shipping container it arrived in, attach them to an email and send to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Subject must include:
- Replacement - ORDER NUMBER
Body of email must include:
- Order Number
- Shipping ID or item number
- A brief description of the reason for the return
All orders that are in stock and ready to ship are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Fulfillment items will ship within 7 days, in most cases.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
On demand products are are on a 24hr hold. You will have 24hrs from the time of purchase to request address change or to cancel your order.
If an item is made on-demand, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. In the meantime, we will ship you any part of your order that is in stock and ready to ship. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
